Observing of the Partial Solar Eclipse from Helwan Observatory, NRIAG, 21 June 2020

The Partial Lunar Eclipse 21 June 2020, has been observed at the National Research Institute of Astronomy and Geophysics (NRIAG) at Helwan. Solar Research Lab team at NRIAG observed the Partial Solar Eclipse.The president of NRIAG, Prof. Gad El-Qadi shared this celebration from Helwan.

The annular solar eclipse occurs when the moon is far away from Earth so that it does not completely cover the sun. This leads to a ring of light around the dark moon.
